By placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, damaged, stained, or modified, as these items cannot be resold. Additionally, custom or personalized products (if applicable) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
The return and exchange window is a reasonable period from the date of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, you must follow the instructions provided on our website within this window. Late requests, submitted after the window has closed, will not be accepted, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued. We recommend keeping your delivery confirmation email and tracking number for reference when initiating a return.
For defective or damaged products: If your product arrives damaged, broken, or defective (e.g., a container with a faulty seal, a cracked jar, or cling wrap that does not adhere properly), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged packaging and the defective product as evidence. We will review your claim promptly and, at our discretion, offer a full refund, a free replacement, or an exchange for the same product, with no additional cost to you for shipping the replacement or processing the refund.
Return shipping costs: For standard returns (not due to damage or defect), the cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. For returns or exchanges due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products (sent by our error), we will cover the return shipping cost by providing a prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or reimbursing you for reasonable shipping expenses upon receipt and verification of the return.
Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times vary depending on your payment provider but typically take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account. Please note that shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchange processing: For exchange requests, once we receive and inspect your returned product and confirm eligibility, we will ship the exchanged product to you as soon as possible. Exchange shipping times are the same as our standard delivery timelines outlined in our Shipping Policy. We will not charge additional shipping costs for exchanges due to damaged or defective products; for standard exchanges, shipping costs for the new product may apply (if applicable).
Non-returnable items: In addition to used and custom products, certain items are non-returnable, including opened cling wrap, containers that have been washed or used, and jars that have been opened or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the eligibility criteria, and the product will be returned to you at your expense.
